  • Booking Confirmation: A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from us.
  • Payment Methods: We accept secure payments through credit cards, bank transfers, or online payment platforms. All payments must be completed in full before services are rendered.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellation: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or safety concerns), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services, offering a full refund or alternative options.

4. Fraud Prevention We are committed to preventing fraud and protecting our clients. We may request identity verification and reserve the right to refuse services if fraudulent activity is suspected. Unauthorized payments or chargebacks may result in further action.
